What about long city names?
We auto-scale longer names so the typography stays balanced. "Charlottetown" fits. So does "Mont-Tremblant."

Is the frame included?
No. The print ships rolled. It fits any standard 18 × 24" frame from Ikea, Michaels, or any framer.

When does it ship?
We typeset and print within 2 business days. Total delivery is usually 5–7 business days in Canada.

Can I see a preview before it ships?
We email a digital proof within 24 hours of ordering. Reply with any tweaks before we go to print.

Shipping & Returns

Free shipping anywhere in Canada. Each print is handcrafted in Vancouver. Allow 5–7 business days for production, then 3–5 business days for shipping. International rates calculated at checkout. Because each print is personalized to you, we cannot accept returns — but if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, write us and we will replace it.
